Mission

Our Mission

Elim Bible Chapel exists to glorify God by being and making mature disciples of our Lord Jesus Christ.
(Romans 12:1, Matt 28:18-20).

We will endeavor to do this by seeking opportunities to introduce people to Jesus and baptizing them in Christ; by teaching them to obey everything that He has commanded, and by providing opportunities for them to serve Him through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Our Values

Biblical Teaching
We will endeavor to know God’s Word and teach it without apology and obey it wholeheartedly.
(2 Tim 4:2, Matt 28:18-20, Acts 2:42)

True Fellowship
We will seek to have honest, authentic and loving relationships with God and one another.
(Acts 2:42, 1 John 1:3, Heb 10:24-25)

Breaking of Bread
We will seek to always remember, celebrate, and proclaim our Saviour, Jesus Christ and the finished work of our redemption by his death and resurrection, through the symbols he gave us.
(Luke 22:19-22, Acts 2:42, 1 Cor 11:24-25)

Fervent Prayer
We are always and forever in utter dependence on God to build His kingdom, and therefore we will make prayer a central practice in all we do.
(Acts 4:24, Eph 6:18)

Strategic Outreach
Jesus calls his people the salt of the earth and the light of the world. He calls us to go into all the world to love and to make disciples of all people. Therefore we will seek opportunities to boldly proclaim the Gospel locally and actively support mission endeavors globally.
(Matt 5:13-16, Eph 6:18-19, Col 4:2-6)
